During business hours; due to the heavy work schedules, an appointment is advisable.

 

 

PURCHASE ORDER
An official purchase order with an authorized order number affixed thereon is the only method for the purchase of supplies, materials, and equipment. Purchase orders are issued for any purchases made over $200.00 unless vendor requires one for a different amount.

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be made in accordance with V.T.C.A., Government Code, Title 10, Subtitled F, Chapter 2251.
